Lake Baccarac was stocked with Florida Strain Bass in 1978.
The first fishing season was beyond most anglers dreams. Since
the year 2000, there has been little to no fishing pressure
on the lake and lake levels are high.

Our beautiful lodge overlooking Lake Baccarac has had further enhancements recently, including 2 additional rooms, an expanded indoor dining area with big screen satellite TV, an outdoor porch, and additional landscaping, among other things. We will be revising and enhancing our website soon, and will have updated pictures of our enhanced facilities and accommodations at both Lake Baccarac and Lake El Salto.
