General Information, Policies and Disclaimers:
All pricing is per person and based on double occupancy of boats and rooms. A $1000 per person deposit is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation. Deposits are required to confirm/hold all reservations. The full balance for all reservations is due 60 days prior to arrival. If deposits and payments are not received by the specified times your dates will be booked with other clients. If payment is not received before your travel dates, you risk being denied service in Mexico. Pro Bass Adventures Mexico LLC is never responsible for any flight or travel related expenses. We recommend always purchasing travel insurance and refundable airfare. No refunds will be made under any circumstances. Deposits are transferrable to the original client upon the discretion of Pro Bass Adventures Mexico LLC. Any cancellations within 30 days or trips are subject to forfeiture of funds. Any credits that are issued are valid until August 1st of the following year at which time they will expire, and funds forfeited. All transfers must be submitted to and approved by Pro Bass Adventures Mexico LLC. If prices increase from the time of a credit issuance to the time of credit redemption the difference in price will be due as payment. “Pro Bass Adventures Mexico LLC” is acting solely as a booking agent on behalf of the Mexican entity fishing trip operator and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident, failures, omission, or delay to person or property due to an act of default of any carrier, hotel, company, or any other person rendering services, or an act of God. Further, “Pro Bass Adventures Mexico LLC” assumes no responsibility for additional expense, omission, delays, re-routing, or acts of government or authority. Please be advised that any legal actions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts & judicial system of Mexico. Policies and prices are subject to change without notice. By booking a trip and paying a deposit you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

*We have officially discontinued our solo angler, solo rooms, and extra room rental programs. In many ways, solo anglers, solo rooms and extra room rentals consume the same occupancy and resources as 2 anglers. Solo anglers, solo rooms and extra room rentals will be assessed and accepted on a case-by-case basis, if approved these will be subject to double rates, that of 2 anglers. We do have a new solo angler program that avoids upcharges from our standard rates, please email probassadventures@gmail.com for more details.

-Important! Always submit your proposed travel itineraries to us before booking airport travel. If your travel is not approved before booking, we are unable to make any guarantees regarding shuttle availability, wait times, and additional transportation fees.

Unlike our competitors, airport ground transportation service to our lodges is included in our standard packages. With inflation and expenses rapidly rising in Mexico (gas $5+ per gallon) we are doing our best to maintain our “No additional price travel policy.” To maintain this level of included service, we need to clearly outline the limitations of this policy:

**Round trip ground transportation is included at no additional fee when traveling from Mazatlan (MZT) and Culiacan (CUL) airports to our lodge on Lake El Salto. An additional fee will be assessed for transportation to the Lake El Salto lodge from any other airports. Round trip ground transportation is included at no additional fee when traveling from Culiacan (CUL) or Los Mochis (LMM) airports to our Lodge on Lake Baccarac. Arrivals to Mazatlan (MZT) as guests of Lake Baccarac will be assessed an additional transportation fee of $500 per shuttle leg traveled. 3rd party private air charter options are available and arrive in Bacubirito at the private air strip (airstrip code: MM12) about 10 minutes away from our lodge on Lake Baccarac. This does include additional costs of $50 landing fee. $50 take-off fee and $50 night watchman fee. Pro Bass Adventures charges an additional $200 per night to house and feed pilots. Any clients booking direct air reservations accepts these additional fees. Our ability to accommodate pilots depends on our additional room availability. Clients must check with Pro Bass Adventures for approval before making direct travel arrangements that require us to house pilots as we may not have additional room availability.

-As we coordinate the logistics of airport drop-offs and pick-ups with groups of our clients, it may be necessary for incoming and outgoing clients to have additional airport wait times of up to 2 hours as it is not always possible to sync airport arrivals and drop-offs between groups of anglers.

-Groups of clients booking together will be asked to travel together on the same flight. If flights arrive at different times within the same group, those arriving or departing earliest may need to wait at the airport until the rest of their party arrives. If we need to send separate shuttles for a group with a split itinerary, a $200 transport fee will be applied for each additional leg traveled by our shuttles. This applies also to delayed flights, a major reason why we recommend having everyone from your group on the same inbound flight.

-Guide availability - We do our best to accommodate guide requests, but we make no guarantees about guide availability. Guides may not be available, and assignments may change at any time without notice. Guides will be assigned by Juan Villa and we will do our best to meet requests. Not receiving a specific guide is not a valid reason for cancellation, rescheduling or any credits or discounts.

-Specific room or boat availability - We do our best to accommodate boat requests, but we are unable to make guarantees. In the situation of a paid bass boat upgrade that we cannot provide (mechanical issues can happen) clients will be given a credit for the amount paid for the boat upgrade to be used on a future trip. We do not reserve specific rooms. Rooms and boats will be assigned on site, and requests will be met to the best of our abilities but will not always be possible.
